Madras High Court Sets Aside Imprisonment Order Issued by Lower Court - (04 Nov 2015)

Madras HC has come to the rescue of a person, ordered to be imprisoned for a month for speaking rudely to Family Court judge during the hearing of maintenance case filed by his wife and set aside lower court’s order on ground that it violated the man’s fundamental right to life & personal liberty.
