Constitution of GST AAR Challenged by Revenue Bar Assn: Madras HC Issues Notice - (14 Sep 2018)

Madras HC has issued notice on a writ petition filed by Revenue Bar Association challenging the constitution of Authority for Advance Rulings & Appellate Authority for Advance Rulings by the State of Tamil Nadu.
