Bombay HC Upholds Discharge of DG Vanzara & Four Other In Sohrabuddin Shaikh Encounter Case - (10 Sep 2018)

Bombay HC has upheld the discharge granted to Ex-Gujarat ATS Chief DG Vanzara and four others saying that the applications challenging their discharge were devoid of merit.
