NCLAT Says Numetal’s Second Bid For Essar Valid - (10 Sep 2018)

NCLAT has ruled that Numetal's second bid for Essar qualifies and that Arcelor Mittal can bid for the steelmaker if it clears the dues of its subsidiaries.
