Delhi HC Orders Release of Rs 9 crore to Daiichi as first payment in Arbitration Award - (06 Sep 2018)

Delhi High Court has directed the release of Rs 9 crore to Daiichi Sankyo, giving the Japanese drugmaker the first payment in Rs 3,500-crore arbitration award against Ranbaxy.
