Supreme Court Rejects Plea for CBI Probe Against Lalu Prasad Yadav in 'Land for Railway Job Scam' - (05 Sep 2018)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking a direction to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for registration of a fresh case against Lalu Prasad Yadav and others in the "land for railway job scam".
