Supreme Court Stays Constructions in All States and UTs Till They Frame Solid Waste Management Policy - (04 Sep 2018)

Supreme Court has stayed construction activities in States such as Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Chandigarh, and in all other States where the Governments have failed to frame policy on solid waste management.
