NCDRC: Unitech Guilty of Over 10-Yr Delay in Giving Possession of Flat - (31 Aug 2018)

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, has held Unitech Ltd guilty of deficiency in service for over 10-year delay in handing over possession of flat.
