Supreme Court Partially Stays HC's Judgment on Exclusion of Genetic Disorders in Insurance Policy - (30 Aug 2018)

Supreme Court has partially stayed Delhi High Court judgment which had held as unconstitutional discrimination in health insurance against individuals based on their genetic disposition or genetic heritage.
