Bombay High Court Objects to Charges Against Journalist - (30 Aug 2018)

Bombay High Court has objected to the maintainability of charges levelled against a journalist, who was booked for allegedly abetting the suicide of Indian Army soldier Lance Naik, Roy Mathew, last year.
