SC: MBBS Seats Denied, Can’t be Given - (02 Nov 2015)

Supreme Court has upheld the award of 3 lakh as compensation to two students, who, despite being in the merit list of a private medical college, were denied admission, but denied to grant admission because of lapse of time.
