Madras HC Permits TANGEDCO to Process Udangudi Tender, but Asks Not to Finalise it - (02 Nov 2015)

Madras HC has held that Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) could process fresh bids received for Udangudi Supercritical Thermal Power Project, but made it clear that contracts should not be awarded.
