SC: Tenant Can’t Be Evicted for Defaulting Rent Without Determination Of ‘Provisional Rent’ By Court - (24 Aug 2018)

While hearing a petition seeking eviction of tenant on the ground of defaulting rent, SC has held that the provisional determination of the rent by the court is mandatory and without such determination no decree of eviction on the ground of default can be passed.
