Bombay High Court Extends Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ Time Limit Till October 31 - (10 Aug 2015)

Bombay High Court has extended time limit to pass a final order by Ministry of Corporate Affairs on proposed merger on National Spot Exchange with parent company Financial Technologies to October 31.
