Bombay High Court: State Must Refer Claim for Dues Under Working Journalists Act to LC - (23 Aug 2018)

Bombay HC has ruled that when employees of newspapers under the Working Journalists & Other Newspaper Employees & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955, claim recovery of dues from their employer & same is denied by the employer, then state or its delegate must refer the matter to a Labour Court.
