Supreme Court: Proceed with Caution Against Husband’s Kin in Matrimonial Dispute Cases - (22 Aug 2018)

Supreme Court has cautioned the courts while proceeding against the distant relatives of husband in crimes pertaining to matrimonial disputes and dowry deaths.
