Delhi High Court to Ministry of Corporate Affairs: Resolve NCLAT Entry Woes - (22 Aug 2018)

Delhi High Court has directed Ministry of Corporate Affairs to come up with a solution to the space crunch faced by NCLAT as well as the inconvenience caused to lawyers and litigants while entering the NCLAT premises within four weeks.
