NGT Irks over Bad Execution of Clean Ganga Project - (30 Oct 2015)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has irked over bad execution of clean Ganga project and wondered why deficiency is there when Prime Minister Narendra Modi has described it as a paramount national project.
