NGT Seeks Report from Railways on Emissions from Diesel Engines - (30 Oct 2015)

NGT has sought report on emissions from diesel locomotives and comparative chart with regard to international standards and directed Ministry of Railways to hold meeting with secretaries of IIT-Delhi, Central Pollution Control Board, Ministry of Petroleum to set emission standards.
