Toll Plaza Does Not Include Tahbazari for the Purpose of Collecting TCS: Allahabad High Court - (14 Aug 2018)

Allahabad High Court has held that toll plaza does not include Tahbazari for the purpose of collecting Tax at Source (TCS).
