No Tax Benefit to Industry If It Has No Control Over Manufacturing Process: Bombay HC - (14 Aug 2018)

Bombay High Court has held that benefit of deduction under section 80-IB of Income Tax Act, 1961 cannot be given to an industry if it does not have any direct control over the manufacturing at the factory premises.
