Bombay High Court: No Encroachments Can be Allowed on Beach Fronts - (13 Aug 2018)

Bombay High Court, while observing that citizens cannot be “inconvenienced” during their visit to city’s beaches, has said that no encroachments can be allowed on the beach fronts.
