Manipur HC Directs State to Implement Animal Welfare Laws in Letter And Spirit - (13 Aug 2018)

Manipur High Court has directed the state to implement provisions of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act and the Rules made thereunder, in letter and spirit.
