Delhi High Court Decriminalizes Begging, Says Provisions Violate Fundamental Rights - (09 Aug 2018)

Delhi High Court, while striking down as 'unconstitutional' the provisions which made 'begging' an offence, has said that criminalizing begging violates the most fundamental rights of some of the most vulnerable people in society.
