Delhi High Court: In Case of Perjury, Court Can Invoke its Contempt Jurisdiction - (09 Aug 2018)

Delhi High Court has observed that if a party to litigation perjured himself by admittedly making false statements before court under oath, then Courts are entitled to invoke its contempt jurisdiction.
