Kerala High Court Stresses Need for Mechanism to Regulate Fees in Private Schools - (09 Aug 2018)

Kerala High Court has said that State has legislative power under the Constitution to make laws in relation to education and that such power includes the power to regulate fees levied by an educational institution.
