Bombay High Court: RERA Provisions Would Apply to Long-Term Lease Agreements - (09 Aug 2018)

Bombay High Court has ruled that provisions of the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority would apply in cases of long-term lease agreements and that compensation complaints can be heard by it.
