Bombay High Court: Mental Age Can't Decide Child in POCSO Case - (09 Aug 2018)

Bombay High Court has observed that the biological age and not mental age of a sexual abuse victim should be considered while deciding if he or she is a child as defined by Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
