Bombay HC Upholds Life Term for Accused, After 12 Years of Murder - (28 Oct 2015)

Bombay HC, twelve years after a 72-year-old woman was murdered in her flat, has upheld life imprisonment given to accused Rajeshkumar Dwivedi, who used to work as a security guard in the building and has been absconding since June 2008, when he was released from prison on parole.
