Jammu and Kashmir High Court Orders Govt. to Constitute SHRC in 4 Weeks - (28 Oct 2015)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court while disposing of related public interest litigation filed by NGO, Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Forum, has directed Government to constitute the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) within four weeks.
