Supreme Court Orders Attachment of Bank A/c, 40 Movable Properties of Amrapali Group - (02 Aug 2018)

Supreme Court lashed out at Amrapali Group of Companies saying it was playing “fraud” and “dirty games” with the court and ordered attachment of bank accounts and immovable properties of 40 subsidiary companies of the real estate group.
