Karnataka HC : Documents Which Aren’t Part of Charge-Sheet Can Be Received in Evidence - (02 Aug 2018)

Karnataka High Court has observed that documents which are not the part of charge-sheet could be received in evidence for prosecution after the commencement of trial.
