Rule on Keeping Drugs Without Medical Prescription Will Create Injustice : Punjab and Haryana HC - (01 Aug 2018)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has termed sub Rule 2 of Rule 66 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985 “absurd” for letting a person possess 100 units of psychotropic substance at a time for medicinal use.
