Permit is Not a Condition Precedent to Register New Auto: Karnataka High Court - (31 Jul 2018)

Karnataka High Court has said that a prior ‘permit’ to run an auto rickshaw in Bengaluru city is not required to purchase and get it registered by the RTO.
