Consider 1st Batch of Resolution Plans in Bhushan Power Case: NCLAT to CoC - (31 Jul 2018)

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has said that the Committee of Creditors (CoC) should consider the first batch of resolution plans im Bhushan Power & Steel case.
