NCLAT Allows CCI Penalty of Rs 6,300 Crore on Cement Companies - (30 Jul 2018)

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has upheld Competition Commission of India's penalty of Rs 6,300 crore on 11 cement companies.
