Kerala High Court Upholds Coo-perative Law Amendment - (26 Jul 2018)

Kerala High Court while observing that primary societies have no fundamental right to be members of central society, the Kerala High Court upheld the cooperative law amendment excluding the cooperative societies other than the primary agricultural credit societies and urban cooperative banks from the management of district cooperative banks.
