SC Stays NGT’s Order Imposing Rs 25 crore Fine on Madhya Pradesh - (27 Oct 2015)

Supreme Court has put a stay on National Green Tribunal’s (NGT) order asking MP Government to deposit Rs 25 crore failing to comply with Pollution Under Control (PUC) norms in the state.
