Can’t Wait for a ‘Majoritarian Govt’ to Act, Says Supreme Court on Ending Gay Sex Ban - (19 Jul 2018)

Constitution bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra made clear, it may not strike down the law completely and deal with it to the extent it relates to consensual acts between two adults.
