‘Permanent’ Custody of Children Can’t be Ordered in Proceedings Under DV Act: Bombay HC - (18 Jul 2018)

Bombay High Court has held that no ‘permanent custody’ orders can be made in proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
