Mere Intention or Preparation to Commit Suicide Not an Offence: Karnataka High Court - (10 Jul 2018)

Karnataka High Court has held that a person cannot be prosecuted merely for intention or preparation to commit suicide when there was actually no attempt to commit suicide.
