Bombay HC: Ministers Should Find Time to Perform Duties - (26 Oct 2015)

Bombay HC on a minister’s reply that he will not be available until January 2016 to hear an appeal filed by a cooperative society, has said that even if appellate authority is a Minister of State in Government of State, would not mean that urgent matters are kept on hold for his non-availability.
