Identity of Victims in Rape Cases Should Not be Disclosed, Reiterates Supreme Court - (09 Jul 2018)

Supreme Court has reiterated that every attempt should be made by all the courts not to disclose the identity of victims in rape cases in terms of Section 228-A of Indian Penal Code.
