Delhi HC Orders Background Check of 21-Year-Old Student’s 68-Year-Old Foreign National ‘Wife’ - (26 Oct 2015)

Delhi HC on a plea filed by 21 year old man who is having 68-year-old foreigner “wife”,to allow extention of her visa in India, has found age difference between them “questionable” and asked for background check of the lady raising the spectre of possible green card fraud and human trafficking.
