Supreme Court Tells Jaiprakash Associates: Deposit Rs 600 Crore to Refund Home Buyers - (05 Jul 2018)

With Jaiprakash Associates Ltd failing to deposit Rs 1,000 crore, the Supreme Court has asked the real estate firm to pay Rs 600 crore to pay back to the home-buyers who have opted for a refund.
