Bombay HC Denies to Grant Relief to Doctors against MCI Action - (26 Oct 2015)

Bombay HC has denied to grant relief to a bunch of doctors who challenged orders of Medical Council of India and Maharashtra Medical Council against them for breach of professional code of ethics.
