Punjab and Haryana HC Slams Police over Failure to Manage Traffic - (26 Oct 2015)

Punjab and Haryana High Court while taking note of Ludhiana’s failure to steer clear of traffic snarls and violations, has directed Ludhiana Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) and the Municipal Corporation to ensure strict execution of the traffic rules.
