Madras HC to Centre: Allow Castration of Child Rapists - (26 Oct 2015)

Madras High Court has asked Centre to consider castration as punishment for child rapists. The court said "the court cannot be a silent spectator, unmoved and oblivious of the horrible blood curdling gang-rapes of children in various parts of India."
