Delhi HC Nods for Free Care for Accident Victim - (23 Oct 2015)

Delhi HC on plea of road accident victim's wife, seeking free treatment from government hospital of her husband, has directed Maharaja Agrasen Hospital not to insist on payment for treatment of victim till now while discharging him.The court also issued notices to Centre and State in this regard.
