No Mercy Should Be Shown to Offender of Child Rape: Delhi High Court - (28 Jun 2018)

Delhi High Court has upheld the conviction and sentence awarded to a child rapist, asserting that “child rape is inexcusable” and that “no leniency or mercy can be shown” to the convict.
